Personal Biography

Author, activist, international speaker, multi-preneur, mentor, and mom, ARIANA AYU is a TRANSFORMATIONAL MYSTIC and a CATALYST for CONSCIOUS CHANGE. For over two decades, she has studied ancient and modern wisdom from a wide variety of cultures and spiritual traditions. She’s done a wide variety of sacred travel, including Earth-grid work with Drunvalo Melchizadek in Easter Island and Moorea, ceremonies inside multiple Egyptian pyramids with Nicki Scully and Star Wolf, and private communing with stone circles in Ireland and Scotland. Her most constant journey has been an inner one; always seeking to understand her inner workings and evolve into a more authentic expression of her soul’s purpose on Earth.

Her diverse professional and entrepreneurial background has spanned the fields of corporate finance, personal finance, entrepreneurship, marketing, business strategy, nursing, and the healing arts. She has founded and run companies in several industries and her compassionate, no-nonsense style of strategic planning breaks complicated processes into practical, achievable steps.  (For more information, please see professional biography below.)

Whether in business or personal settings, Ariana’s overall mission is bringing reflection, self-awareness, integrity, and joy into daily practice. All true and lasting change comes from within, and Ariana’s ability to peer into the heart of difficult situations and transform pain into strength is a hallmark of her work. Though change is often accompanied by pain and grief, Ariana‘s ability to facilitate transformation with gentleness, clarity, and compassion means an encounter with her is uplifting and joyful, even in the face of great challenges.

As an energy weaver embodying the solar feminine, Ariana shines her light to help people uncover their own personal mission and embody their higher self more fully within this lifetime. She holds a deep nurturing space from which her clients can birth new realities aligned with their soul’s purpose and conscious desires.

Using the wide variety of tools she has amassed over three decades of conscious soul-searching, reflection, and mystic desire, Ariana is uniquely poised to lead and facilitate transformation in those individuals and organizations who are ready to do more good in the world. Her approach is based in unity consciousness: moving from duality into oneness, polarization into harmony, with the clarity that is born from the fires of conscious spiritual death and rebirth.

As an Ordained Minister and Guardian of Education and Training of the Temple of Ascension (Asheville, NC), Ariana leads living and formal ceremonies and educational events for small and large groups.

Professional Biography

Often called America’s Mojo Maven, Ariana Ayu helps businesses grow and succeed with strategic consulting that brings more of their “IT factor” to life. She is a celebrated business and marketing strategist, interpersonal expert, international speaker, executive coach, and entrepreneur. Author of “The Magic of Mojo: The Creative Power Behind Success” and the column Business Mojo on Inc.com, Ariana guides individuals on a step-by-step path to achieve both success and happiness – without sacrificing one for the other. Ariana was named Woman of the Year by the National Association of Professional Women “for outstanding excellence and dedication to her profession and the achievement of women.”

Her first business (started in 2000) was a holistic wellness center, and she is a licensed RN (since 2008), Integrative Nurse Coach (graduated from the Integrative Nurse Coach Association training program, Jan. 2012), and Certified Holistic Health Coach (graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Dec. 2012). A serial entrepreneur, Ariana has mentored with several very successful global businesswomen, and is constantly studying best practices and emerging trends in entrepreneurship and business.

A native of the Washington, DC area, Ariana lives in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, North Carolina with her beloved husband David and their snugglehound Iris. Ariana’s hobbies include healthy paleo/ primal cooking, connecting with nature, meditating, reading, spa-ing and traveling, both nationally and globally.
